Long and stupid

I got a phone from iStore hardly 2 weeks ago and it is faulty, the problem I have is the long process I have to follow to get this sorted and had I known before, I wouldnt have went for this deal, I am now sitting with a phone that is faulty and i am told if I leave it with them, it will take up to 2 weeks and the nice part is, they dont have loan phones, meaning for the two weeks or so I wont have any phone, are you guys selling us rejects? I havent even started paying for this and already there is a problem
