FNB Smart Phone service delivery non-existent

Ordered Samsung Galxy S4. Money has been deducted from my account for the new mobile option, which was fine. I received an sms last week stating that my order has been sent to courier and they will contact me shortly. Have not heard anything back and have been waiting for an hour to get my call answered by the call centre.
