I have only just transferred to DIscovery insure. What a nightmare!
I received the policy and saw a wrong address and notified accordingly. The address was changed BUT so was the amount. I have emailed more than Five times tried to call No avail. I just waster my time and money. The call centre doesn't know what to do and refuse to escalate. I have even emailed my original quote!
In addition I have emailed numerous times about non receipt of my discovery insure card! I am hoping this finally gets delivered, they cannot make arrangements of where they couriers will be in any one day! I consult!
I just want to cancel as I have never been treated so badly by any insurance company. How can they just ammend an amount and keep emailing time and time again the same nonsense Can this plea be escalated to someone who can sort out this mess
