Our vechile broke down today on our way home from citrusdal we where 20minutes ouf of Piketburg and 45min to Morressburg on the N7. I phoned Dial Direct and they told me they can`t tow me home I will have to pay they can only tow me to the nearest garage / workshop and we will have to leave the car at he garage, how do I get home?? I then had to phone my 20year old son to come through and tow us at the same token I am putting the lives of all of us at risk as this is a vey busy road and his and in experience driver which have his licence for only 2years. So what am I paying insurance for if they cannot assist me and at the same token I put my families lives at risk. They could not even pay to have my car fixed when someone drove into my husband last year April they did not even want to pay for my child`s hospital expense and I am still battling to get my son sorted after this accident so people why do we pay insurance. Well all I know is I am caancelling my insurance as dial direct is useless they happy to grab your money every single month and want to give you service. I am so glad I never had my other car insured with dial direct. as they give people false hope.
