Poor service

I opened a current account online, then someone called me to open there account, then my cheque acrd was sent to protea gardens branch then i asked them to tranfer it to Maponya as i only knock of late and Maponya closes late. That guy from Protea gardends did not say maponya they only operate normal banking hours to issue cards. i went o maponmya twice without help as i can only arrive after 15:30. Then i called secure line to link my cheque account to my credit card for time being as i can not make to branch i can still use my current account for time being. it has been linked but it was not working actually i cound not access my cheque account for two days as they could not see what is wrong till i had to fight with them. now i was told that i need to go to branch to release a hold which i explain to then i can only get day off month end. i am willing to go at the brance but not now. now i dnt have any money with me except the R280..in my cheque account i need to draw that money... can someone then scan me the forms that i need to sign i can also scan the documents to them..but wil stil ko to branch month end. Can someone attend this ASAP I DNT HAVE ANY MONEY WITH ME PLIZ
