Standard bank failed withdrawal

I went to withdraw money grom the lebowakgomo atm and i got the msg"service is unavailable and that transaction was not processed" then i got my card back and left, a few minutes later i received an sms on my cellphone that R 1000 has been withdrawn from my account..after a few days i went to the PLK brank to make an enquiry regarding the matter then i was informed that i have to fill in a form which will be faxed to head office before i can receive my money which take 7-10 working days..This has been a huge inconvenience for me as i urgently need that money for my basic needs.
