Service changed from great to very bad

I have been a client with Alexander Forbes for almost 10 years, and was very proud of their service, and the star financial advisor all these years has been Mrs Johanna Ndaba. I recommended them to all people who were complaining about their insurances, but i dont think i will do that now. I was involved in a car accident on 23 Jan 2013, and the service i received was appalling! NO Feedback, and i called, emailed - no response. When this other lady will eventually call i could hear the irritation in her voice... I have never experienced such. Avis has not reimbursed me my R750 deposit after returning the courtesy car on 03 April. I have called, emailed requesting Alexander Forbes to ask Avis to reimburse me, as they promise to within 2 days - to date there is no response. I returned the car with a full tank, & the avis guy who checked the car said the car was in good condition - but still i have not received my R750-00. I called Johanna Ndaba, & she advised me that she does not handle this issues any longer... I'm really disappointed with this, great service went down the drain - to extremely poor.
