3 Hours waiting in the Queue

I arrived at Carlton Centre at 12:55 and only left the branch at 3:15PM!!! How long did it take to resolve my query? ONLY 2 MINUTES.
The bank closed my card and I had no access to my account for the whole weekend so I sacrificed my lunch to get to the bottom of this, to only regret leaving the office. At 2 O'clock I went up to the receptionist to ask her why it was taking so long and she told me there were 10 people before me. At 14:30 I went to her again and asked how far are they in helping me because I had noticed people who arrived after me where getting assisted and she said she'll be with me, I should wait... she never did get back to me!
At 3 O'clock I went up to reception again because my boss had called me twice already and I needed urgent assistance. Only to find that there were still 3 other people before me and the only way I got assisted is because I had to plead with the consultant there to help me or I'd lose my job (how do I leave the office for 3 hours and come back empty handed?).
All this time I was asking for help, they would have given me the phone and told me to call coz that's all they did and I got a new card. This took 2 minutes and I was there for 3HR
