I applied for a smart housing against my pension fund last month and FNB told me I dont qualify-how.
I have been with FNB all my life and I have just finished paying my other smart loan I had with them and they deducting directly from my salary. How come are they saying I cant afford to pay it. FNB doesn't look after its customers and you are going to loose clients. If I die tomorrow FNB will get their money. I want to speak to the Manager and not the consultant.
