This was supposed to be one of the worst complaints that Standard Bank has had, I lost my card in the beginning of August, got a temporary one from O/R tambo, I've been waiting for a card since, I received an sms saying to collect my card at the pinetown branch, I assumed it was my own branch at Pinecrest, went there and I was told that my card was at another place at old main road, got there at 11:15 it was closed but there were still people inside, so I called their general banking call centre, the consultants were not helpful and said that if I want my card to be sent to my own branch I will have to wait another 7days, I had already waited a month, so I asked the consultant to direct me to the branch as I was already outside, luckily they did, got through to Mandy, she came out of the bank let me in and assisted me with a smile, made me forget the horror that I've been through, also provided me with helpful information, she has a passion for helping people unlike the others who don't care, thank you Mandy, you are the Best I hope Standard Bank notices that.
