I have vehicle insurance and had to have my vehicle towed to a workshop for repairs in December 2012. My vehicle insurance covers me up to R1000 for towing and the account was R1300.00. After receiving confirmation from Innovation Group before hand, I was told that if I pay the full amount of R1300.00 I will be reimbursed the R1000.00 within 21 working days.
After duly filling in the necessary forms and faxing them through to Innovation Group, I am still waiting 6 months later for my reimbursement! I have spoken to countless people at Innovation Group and sent through numerous e mails but to no avail. Every time I phone them then I get passed onto someone else who tells me that they will follow my outstanding payment up and never get back to me.
