I had a vehicle service policy with the Innovation Group which expired in October 2011. The Innovation Group continued to charge me a monthly amount of R200.57 for the service, even though the policy has lapsed. I took this up with Innovation and the charges were cancelled. Numerous times thereafter I politely requested that I be reimbursed for the overcharge for the past 17 months but Innovation failed to respond. I warned that I would revert to HelloPeter, but still no response from Innovation... which brings me here.
Due to this utter disrespect by failure to respond, I now also claim interest on the amount owed to me, which previously I had no intention of claiming.
