On 27 January 2011 i responded to Zethu after she put me through to Barend who explained my refund to me.
Only to find out I was refunded LESS the discount Innovation receive from Toyota... NOW how and why am I the client being made to pay for a discount that TOYOTA give Innovation Group..
I should be paid out in full and the DISCOUNT that Toyota owes Innovation should be billed to TOYOTA NOT ME...
This is what I asked on 27 Jan and as usual no responce.
My vehicle is due shortly to go for its last service that Innovation should be paying for and this issue has still not been resolved.
I also need confirmation that my next service will indeed be paid for or if they are going to find a new excuse not to pay for it as was the case last time?
INNOVATION GROUP GIVE TOYOTA A VERY BAD NAME!!!
