Innovation Group (MOTOMEND) have just rejected a claim for a repair on my Land Rover Discovery's suspension. The reason stated by Innovation Group is that the vehicle's 12000km service was carried out late. I purchased this extended warranty WITH the vehicle at 66000km!! If the 12000km service was going to mean that they'd reject any claims- how come they took my money? There are so MANY complaints online about this group- I would never have taken out this policy had I checked on them first.
