REFUND ME WHAT IS MINE

On the 27/09/2013 at around about 16:30, I tried to withdraw money from a NEDBANK ATM (as there is not enough FNB ATM's in my area). I went to withdraw R1400, but was only given R500, as the NEDBANK ATM had no money in it. I thought ok I'll wait a few hours maybe the money will be placed back into my account. To my surprise the money was still not placed back in my account by 06:00 the next morning. I have called the customer call Centre and my west street brunch and there wasn't anything that they could do to have MY MONEY placed back into my account, and that I would have to fill out forms for the bank to investigate the matter, and it would take up to 5-7 working days for the money to be placed back in my account. As a person with bills to pay and a household to run, I don't see how this helps, because while you'll at FNB are investigating the matter, MY LIGHTS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID YET AND WILL BE CUT, RECONNECTION FEE R115 (which you'll will not pay), MY DSTV ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN PAID YET AND WILL BE CUT, RECONNECTION FEE R50 (which again you'll not pay), I need to buy food for my house as it is mouth end and the cupboard is very empty. I need to take public transport to get to
