Incompetence at BEST!

I was FORCED to go into the branch (in December?) after my pledge was lifted WITHOUT my knowledge or consent. Signed a NEW pledge! Have had to fight to have INCORRECT MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEE OF R85 REVERSED EVERY MONTH SINCE! What is wrong with your system? Please correct once and for all! If you are trying to get me to close my accounts please tell me! I will be happy to oblige! PS Email I sent yesterday was returned to me marked "SPAM". This is NOT acceptable!
