Smart Phone disappointment

3 Weeks ago, I excitedly ordered a Samsung S4 through my FNB online banking.. Though it was very early on a Monday morning, I did not expect an immediate reply. 2 days had passed, and I did not even receive a confirmation SMS. I logged a complaint with RB Jacobs. He gave me a call centre number to follow up with. After calling them, they said they had sms'd me saying it was in process, NO SMS RECEIVED. A few days later, I finally got confirmation over the phone, that my application was successful and I will receive my device within 10 - 15 working days. A week later (today), I decided to follow up with FNB on an expected delivery date. I spoke to Ntombi, who says that the application is still NOT COMPLETE!!! There was an SMS sent twice to me requesting I switch my debit orders. WHAT!?!? She couldn't even confirm the number this sms has been sent to!!! This whole situation has been handled very badly by FNB and I am very disappointed. Please keep your device, I think its time to switch to a bank that really cares. I have always banked with FNB, but I think its time for a change.
