Why u hold the title of best banking i dont know

I opened a FNB business account in february now before i received the card i requested it to be cancelled reason being that i was still waiting for my registration number and it was taking up all the time on various
occasions i asked them to cancel it .up until now at one stage a consultant called me her name is Karlene Munsamy who said she was going to assist me, I emailed her all the details, but up until today i received no reponse its been almost 2 months. Im still receiving notofications and letters from FNB, and now my registration is sorted and im having second thoughts about having to stay with FNB because how do trust that my business is in good hands. This is a tiring and frustrating process and i dont always have time to follow up on these things.
