I went to FNB Southgate to open savings account on 11/05/2013
We arrived at 09:15 and stood in a queue for more than an hour, at around 10:30 I decided that Id been there for too long and went looking for an employee who could explain the delay.
Came across an employee by the name of 'EDNA DARRIES'
As I was trying to explain to her my issue, she clearly told me that this was not her concern and that i would have to wait like everyone else.i then told her i did not appreciate her attitude and rudeness and that i wanted to speak to the manager, she then held her name bagge to my face and said I should go ahead and report her 'SHE DOES NOT CARE'.
I was so appalled!
I asked the other employees where I could find the manager but was told she was not at work.
I am so furious and dissapointed as I was not expecting such service at this bank
