On my Checking Account

Money from my checking account was used, without my knowledge or consent, to buy 3 Kulula plane tickets, all on the same day, the total value of R6582 . Basically, was committed on my account.
Please be assured - I DID NOT buy these plane tickets. I live in rural Karoo, Kulula doesn`t even fly to the 3 closest airports to me.
My local Standard Bank branch (helpful and sympathetic) and I reported matter to Department of bank. Was told a case will be opened and I will hear from them within 3 working days. Still waiting to hear, 3 working days having expired yesterday (10-05-2013). I did try and contact the Department, but could not get hold of them (waited 15 minutes on my phone). Reference Number for case given by bank: 5902685
What I demand:
1. A PHONE CALL, as promised, explaining what is going on.
2. My MONEY, returned in full.
3. An apology from the bank for its tardy service and disregard for the safety of MY money.
May I remind Standard Bank that you are the caretakers of MY MONEY.
It is highly disconcerting the treatment (or lack thereof) I have received from Standard Bank (Head Office).
As I view this matter: Standard Bank has MY money.
