Poor service levels and no response

Dear Peter

I have tried to contact Standard bank to complain about problems and no response. I have resend complaints, no response. I work abroad at the moment. Here are some of my issues;

1. I have tried to apply for a second bond on my (small) homeloan - which was denied within a few hours without any feedback or follow up. I had to follow up and received one liner sentences as response. I have send the information to your bank 2 times, and a bank officer send it as well. Now they want the information again When I did the telephonic application, it was approved???

2. Your international fax number does not work, people who are not in South Africa can not call 0860 numbers

3. I requested a credit card three months in advance, it was not available when I expected it, and now it is cancelled?

4. I requested that my prestige plus be reverted back to a R99 package and despite receiving confirmation that this was done, I am still on the package and am paying the R169 package price.

5. Last Tuesday I requested that money be transferred, via the secure message option, but I have, but I have yet to get a response. I had to make costly alternative arrangements.
