I went into a Nedbank Branch (Chris Hani Crossing) at 11:30 AM on Saturday 11 May, 3 hours later, I did not walk out with anything. Firstly, a consultant (Vuyelwa), helps a lady that walked in 2 hours after I had. The excuse was a lie... I waited patiently and when it was finally my turn i was told the system shut down and is rejecting my account set-up because its after working hours, honestly I am angry and enraged beyond repair! Never again will I consider Nedbank for anything in future. You made nothing happen for me and instead gave me a headache! No appreciation for peoples time! 3 hours of my life have been wasted and nothing can give me back my time!
