I phoned Outsurance in the beginning of the year (April) for a quote, the agent that helped me told me that I needed to give me banking details in order to complete the quote & not knowing better as it was my first time enquiring about insurance I did what was asked, I never accepted the quote or cover and an installment was taken off my account. When I phoned to enquire about why this happened they said they would get back to me in May - I am still waiting. Not only have they taken an installment off my account but they refuse to give me my R400 for not being able to beat my current insurance premium.
They have false advertising and a terrible attitude!!!
