Despite having left Outsurance earlier this year, when I did my policy comparisons before year-end again, I found myself requesting a quote from Outsurance again, just to do a comparison.
Even though a sale was not made, the sales agent I spoke to, Colleen Fenner, really went the extra mile to try and win me over; without being a pushy, typical call-centre agent.
She knew what she was doing, was well-informed on the product comparisons, always friendly (despite having to work the night shift), and was extremely helpful with all my queries and requests.
She truly is the epitome of what a great employee should be like; and I commend her for her excellent work.
Although no sale was made, she is clearly a great asset to the company! Keep up the good work!
