Farcical service

1) Couldn't set up a debit order with correct bank details and then cancelled insurance without informing me
2) Tracker wasn't correctly set up, had to call 3 times to get them to fix it
3) When they 'fixed it' it still didn't work
4) Changed bank details with call center, again, couldn't work out how to link up a debit order with my Investec account, they then cancelled it again
5) On first attempt to change bank details, spoke with another call center employee to make complaint about farcical response to tracker device, she found that the first person that took my bank details didn't do it correctly, so she took the details again - but in the end it failed again
6) I am now driving uninsured without knowing, because they could not set up a debit order
7) When called again to follow up on complaints I lodged - there was no record of my complaints after spending 30 mins on the phone the last time
8) when I took out the policy, I was told I needed to inform them of all drivers. When I called to add a driver, I was told that I had all-driver insurance -

The call center and account billing process has been diabolical and I haven't got the patience to continue with these people!
