I find the services of Dial Direct Insurance absolutely appalling. My first claim ever was o Dial direct unfortunately on the 19/04/2013.Oh boy!! was I in for a surprise. To make a long story very short, I was basically treated like a criminal with ongoing investigations around my vehicle. Speaking to different consultants, giving inconsistent information all the time. One specific consultant that lack professionalism, and gave me attitude was Shaun, I feel he needs to go for proper training. Even after updating all my information with them telephonically, the correspondence that was send to me, remains incorrect. There was absolutely no turnaround time on my claim. To date I'm still waiting for finalisation on my claim... VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
