Hi,
I am widowed and a pensioner. I have been trying for several months now to get the copies of my insurance documents e mailed to me or posted and also have my bank details changed. I have called numerous times to the call centre and sent them an e mail. I am still waiting.
The service is really bad, they have not called me back as I requested and they still are debiting my old account.
I dont know what else to do. I am appalled at the amount of money they spend on advertising and then offer such horrendous and shocking service.
