ITC Judgement due to MTN carelessness

In July 2012 I changed the bank from ABSA to FNB. FNB assisted me in changing the banking details for my service providers. MTN requestd I change the details myself, I did so and also sent them copies of my marriage cerificate, an old and new IDs. I have done this several times as MTN always closed my phone and stated that I did not have money on my account which was not the case as they never really updated their system. In April 2013 I applied for a loan and was informed there's a judgement against my name because of MTN. I consulted MTN, re-sent the documents, e-mailed them about the issue, requested them to have my name cleared but have been unsuccessful. I have never NOT paid any of my service providers nor have my bank balance negative. My e-mail communication with MTN shows they admit their error from their side, but they are not doing anything in clearing my name. My name has judgement due to MTN negligence.
