Trying to update debit order - mission impossible!

I have a home loan at Nedbank. Ther eis a debit orde rin place. The debit order needs to be updated urgently.
I have sent mails to the email addresses on the Nedbank site. First email was sent on Monday 6 May and today is Friday, 5 days later.
I have received two reference numbers. FI1597382 was my first.
I have received a mail with a case number CCT 481106 (sent to me on 8 May) but still AFTER 5 days, i have not reeived anything to be able to chaneg the debit order. The person indicated that this is now a formal complaint. Surely this must mean something. This will result in the debit order not going off the correct account on 28 May.

How difficult can this be for someone to respond to a customer to change a simple thing as a debit order.

This is my first time that i have ever dealt with Nedbank and for sure, i am not impressed with the service that i have received so far. It's these actions or no actions that will make people seek for another bank where there is actually service.
I wish Capitec will start with homeloans because they HAVE customer service and their pricing is perfect.
Maybe then i can also say bye bye Nedbank
