Claim taking too long and not updating me

I have claimed for a car accident on 2nd april and given them all docs they needed, they never phone me to update me with the claim process evry time i have to phone them to find out and they tell me excuses.my car was never towed, i towed it to someone s house next to the scene, it was asessed there and they promised to go tow the car bt they never did... i am not impressed, i realy trusted them and now i am dissapointed
