Debit order change

I contacted your call center division and spoke to Thembile, whos tone and attitude was nothing less than unpleasant and unfriendly.

All I wanted to know is if debit date can be changed on my loan account, because each time I get debited the it goes through as unsuccessful but then later in the day gets processed through again as successful because funds only come into my account later on in the day.

My worry is that this might have a negative impact on me with the credit bureau, as a slow payer.

I am happy to email my payslips as my salary dates are not the same as i get paid the last friday of each month.

Please can I be contacted by a more competent person that wants to deal with clients queries, because that agent was the worst person to speak to in my life of contacting contact centers.

If i had to rate her she would get a ZERO from me!
