I took out an overdraft on my cheque account.
Fnb deducted their monthly premium on the 15 of every month.
I called the call centre and requested if they could change the date to the 25th or the 30th of every month as i hardly have funds in my account on the 15th.
The person that assisted me said it could not be done and not to worry when I have funds in my account the amount will just be deducted from it.
I am annoyed, as this has a negative effect on my credit record.
When I went into the bank on the 03 July 2013 the person assisting me changed the debit order date and said that he did not understand why the call centre could not assist.
I am applying for a bond and would not want this to reflect badly against me as it is not entirely my fault.
