25 May 2013 marked a year long after I had a car accident when the other car did not stop at the stop sign hit me. Yes my car was fixed and I paid 3000 for access, till this day I have been waiting for miway to recover my access. Full year now, its really ridiculous, to top that, I do not receive any updates, a simple message or even email nothing I have to call Miway all the time for an update and its always the same story they are still waiting for the other insuarance. I must say the other insuarance company must be really good if you are still struggling to recover my access would really appreciate if my R3000 is paid as soon as possible, a year is too much.im really not happy with you guys, my monthly premium is way too high for the service im getting.
