No responce on Smart Phone Orde

I have always been very happy with FNB, but am quite disappointed now. I applied for the smart phone via the FNB banking website on 16 March 2013. Knowing that it would take 10 days for the courier to phone me and taking into account the public holidays and weekend the 10 days were complete on 3 April 2013. I have heard nothing from FNB and had to phone them only to be told that my order had not been processed. I then proceded to apply telephonically and was told that I had to wait another 7 - 10 working days! I asked if this could be escalated and was told that it is not possible. I find that hard to believe and extremely disappinting, I have been very patient up to now but I want the phone now and since I've been baking with FNB for many many years one would expect some sort of decent service as well as communications. Once you have applied for your smart phone there is no way to actually followup on it and no email is even sent to confirm your order.
