Think twice before ordering a Smart Device via FNB

I ordered a smart device 15Oct. After receiving no informative correspondence after 10 days I phoned to request a status update. I was told that Im lucky that my order is being processed so quickly and should expect it soon. Right after the call I received a sms which stated they are experiencing stock shortages. The following week after not receiving any other communication I phoned again.By which I was informed that I could now only expect my device the first week of Nov. Phoned again today 5Nov to ask for the status of my order as I realised they were advertising the product again after it was taken off the site after I complained that I have not received my device the first time. The response was I might receive it by the end of the week. This is absolutely service all round. Can really call it service. And now I still havent received the device that I needed almost a month ago. I might as well have gone the Vodacom or MTN route. Their prices arent that much higher and I'll even get a usefull data bundle of my choice with the device. Im now leaning towards this option more and more everyday. So please think twice before ordering anything from FNB in the future.
