Incorrect Policy details even after submitting

On Tuesday I spoke to David to take out a funeral policy for my family and inlaws. As I didnt have the ID numbers for my inlaws at the time, he did not include them and promised he would phone me yesterday to get the ID numbers so that we could complete the application. He DID call and I gave him all the info that he needed. Imagine my surprise when I got my policy documents this morning and see that my inlaws are STILL not included on my policy! What was yesterday's phone call for then? I had to call the office AGAIN and submit details ALL OVER AGAIN. This has me very worried as to whether or not I have made the right choice with 1Life - if you are not even able to capture details for my policy efficiently, what will happen when (forbid) I need to claim? I am now in 2 minds as to whether or not I should have cover with yourselves.
