6 Feb I took out a policy "platinum protect" the guy that I spoke to I have since forgotten his name was very articulate or so I thought
He told me that I could cover my whole family (husband, kids, stepchildren) and that I could add sibblings provided that they were dependant on me and are under 21 (which they are) if not then they would fall under extras for which I would have to pay an extra fee but if they turned 21 whilst covered then they remain
For my parents and inlaws there would be an added fee I added both my parents and my father inlaw and kindly asked the gentleman to send me the policy documents for me to go over and proof read after we concluded the deal that never happened I waited for 3m weeks just to get a pamphlet detailing what the policy has to offer but thats not what I wanted
I then made numerous calls first spoke to Storm who promised to give what I was looking for but that too was a great and on 14/03/2013 eventually Tanya gave them to me but in that call I made a startling discovery that my inlaws and parents had to be residing in the same property as me to be covered that was never conveyed to now they wont give my premiums back
