Disgusting, shocking worst service ever!

I cannot believe the incompetence and lack of product knowledge from the SBSA Home Loan division. My application has gone through all the stages as far as evaluation and the last updated status was awaiting grant then I get a call to say would I accept if I am granted 90% of the bond and then I agreed, that was the 4th May. I heard nothing until 6th when I checked again the status 'not processing' and when I call I am told it is due to that they could not confirm my wife's employment. What effort did they put in to let me know if there was a hiccup? Being a prestige banker and having to apply inside the bank with assistance from my nominated account consultant Natalie Williams, to this day she has not come back to me regarding this application, nor even responded to any of my e-mails since end April when I applied. Why am I paying for prestige services? It's amazing that other banks can approve home loans in 72hrs and this going for the 3rd week. I guess being loyal. Each time I called I got different contradicting info. This is disgusting service. Are you guys running a business or some mediocre (this is happening for the 3rd time). All you do is to cancel application without calling.
