MESSING WITH THE WRONG ONE

I recently took out an insurance plan with this company and was fairly impressed with them, UNTIL NOW!! I recieved a very strange voice message from someone claiming to be from this company, telling me that my April debit order has not gone out...!!! FIRSTLY, THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OUT ON THE 25TH APRIL 2013, AND SECONDLY, WHY IF IT HAS NOT GONE OUT HAS NOBODY SAID ANYTHING UP UNTIL NOW? WHATS EVEN MORE CONCERNING IS THAT NUMBERS I WAS PROVIDED WITH WHICH ARE 011 745 7800 AND 0860 123 800 ARE BOTH OUT OF SERVICE??!!! SO WAT I ACTUALLY WANNA KNOW IS WHAT THE IS GOING ON??!!!

I DARE PRIME MERIDIAN TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN OR TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE AT THE END OF MAY... SERIOUSLY I DARE YOU!!!
