How can we help (slogan) so not applicable

I was a client of FNB for well over 10 years. Last year April I lost my job and was unable to adhere to all my financial commitments. In November I found employment but for a much lesser salary. This is after I have been receiving threatning letters from FNB iro credit card, overdraft and personal loan arrears that accumalated while I was unemployed. As soon as I found employment I went to FNB and asked if I could make an arrangement to pay this outstanding debt. To my dismay I was told there is nothing they can do as my account has been closed, however I must still pay the arrears on all my accounts. I advised the consultant that I am employed again and it will be easier to re-open the account I had with FNB to enable me to pay all the creditors on line. Nooo SORRY "HOW CAN WE HELP" COULD NOT HELP. I was forced to open another bank account with a different bank and do transfers from a different bank. Would it have been so difficult to accomodate a loyal customer for many years. It was not as if I was not going to pay my debt. I just wanted my old bank account re-opened.
