Failing to pay for claim while services was done

I sended my bakkie in for repair on gearbox when they had to pay they said they not gonna pay because policy is not legal anymore because there was a service missing between 150 000-160 000km i only got the bakkie on 154 000km so serviced it as required from there.i made two previous claims and it was paid out without any service history checked or anything and i got an answer the same day wheter they gonn pay out or not.but since this is an amount exceeding 20 thousand now they took 5days and i had to call them to hear they not gonna pay out because i missed a service which is not true i service it as the local toyota dealer suggested.my recomendation is stay away from any extended warranty plans as they are only keen to take money and not deliver a service when necassary
