I reported an accident to King Price that happend on the 7th of April. A week after the accident, I had to call them to follow up. Just after my follow up, I was contacted by someone from Exiliti as they are trying thier best to dispute my claim. The process from there has just dragged on, with the investigator not being able to metion simple facts I have mentioned to him over the phone. My question 1 is: If he cannont remember simple things I have spoken to him about, how can his report be trustworthy? Question 2: How can it take so long to reach a conclusion on the claim? I am in need of getting my vehicle repaired and yet no one seems to care. Needless to say I shall be changing insurance once this is done.
