Never Get A MOTORMEND WARRANTY
My water pump broke a week ago, and the warranty has messed me around so much that i have had to pay for the repairs on my bakkie myself.
I took it to an RMI accredited dealer as I was told to, and they had so many excuses with the 1 garage to not pay for their work that i had to get towed to a 2nd garage that I was assured they would pay for their work.
When the bakkie got their and they wanted to make the claim, they were told all the same reasons as the 1st garage to not pay.
I have since told the warranty to cancel my policy and they have still not come back to me.
This warrant is run by a load of that are rude on the phone and are quick to take your money, but then have every excuse when you need them to deliver the service that i paid fo
