I have had the minimum of feedback about the progress of my car repair - I even went to RENEW IT in Strijdom Park myself to see what was happening to my car. The claims consultant, Teboho, and his manager, have been useless in the extreme. They have shown no interest in helping me with this claim or the progress of the repair.

I will be looking for another Insurance Company that actually cares about me.
