I felt it necessary to commend Janine Martin from First for Women Claims department for her outstanding service, efficiency and awesome approach to my frustration and claim. I had logged a 3rd party claim through ABSA Short Term Insurance in October 2012; after being transferred from pillar to post for 3 months (with no resolution to my claim), I eventually, from sheer desperation to get my car fixed, phoned my Insurance company, First For Women, to claim through them instead. Within 2 days my claim was registered, approved and my car goes in for repair next week. Janine was awesome in her explanation of where to get my courtesy car and the procedure, etc. We are quick to complain about service but seldom do we commend good service, so here it is. Well done to Janine Martin and the claims call centre team at First for Women
