Shocking service and repair practice demonstrated form these two companies. The lack of communication with the client during claims is ridiculous. They have done everything in their power to cut costs on the repair of my vehicle and repair authorization takes extremely long.
Regent offered me the best insurance premium but when it came time to claim they have terrible. I will most definitely look at changing my insurance company once my car has been repaired. Rather insure with a company that has all functions in house, rather than a small company that outsources services from 3rd parties.
