Can you please assist me as i have been struggling to recover the money that Absa I-direct for a policy that i have cancelled and now they are sending me from pillar to post and none of the supervisors are willing to take my calls. I cant get hold of the consultant that i have been dealing with as stated on the persons responsible, he claimed the refund was done on the 03/05/2013 and i was told a different story when i called on the 06/05/2013 to follow up. Im tired of calling the contact centre and need this resolved urgently-im a very unhappy customer hence the cancellation of the policy.
