DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel an insurance in my dads name since the 31 October. Despite me calling he call centre 5 times in total, still nobody assisted. Every time i called the response was that the insurance was still valid and that it had not been cancelled. I am absolutely disgusted by this type of customer service as it was very esy to take out the policy, but so difficult to cancel the insurance. My dads policy number is 00533585*Q001 - MR M Jowahir.
I am currently on hold for approximately 6 minutes now at 11.54am - seems like the agent jut doesnt care!
Finally got an answer that the policy is cancelled but my refund for the months that ABSA had made a merror will take longer to process

I would appreciate if ABSA would contact me and let me know if they just dont care anymore about their customers and just enjoy taking away our money or do they actually give a about their reputation in the industry.
