I am very fortunate to have crossed paths with Moeketsi at MFC.
I financed my car through MFC a two months ago and had some problems amending details on my account.
After weeks of frustrating calls between the motor dealer and the call center. I was finally referred to someone who will take the time to sort out my mess.By the time i spoke with Moeketsi. I was already winded-up and in a full-on rand and rave mode. Throughout the whole ordeal Moeketsi did not once loose his cool. Not once did he even raised his tone of voice. He was always polite and professional and this after the grieve I gave him. His positive attitude made me realize the shamefulness of my own.
