I have requested help regarding an urgent matter on the 23rd of April. After confusing me with another customer, eventually I was told that my issue would be handled by my relevant Manager, Dayalan on the 25th of April. To this day I have not heard from him. I have also left 2 messages for his manager as well as the Ops manager, but neither have had the wish to call me back either!! Really sad how the service went from the best banking experience I have ever had and many referrals I gave out, to non existing service??
